Brian Spraker

Executive Director of Health, Safety and Security

Brian Spraker is the Executive Director of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) at The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC). He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the company’s health, safety and environmental program for The Red Sea Project.

With over 30 years of experience in international and domestic health, safety, and environmental sectors, Brian brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He has undertaken the development of organizational leadership, establishing emergency-response systems, development of HSE management systems, conducting root-cause incident investigations, implementation of incident tracking and trending analysis systems, establishing corporate wide HSE training programs, and conducting project HSE system audits.

Prior to working at TRSDC, Brian garnered extensive experience leading the safety effort on a wide variety of projects including, high rise multiuse towers, amusement parks, underground metro-lines, liquid natural gas plants, nuclear and fossil-fuel power generating stations, natural gas and oil refineries, petrochemical plants, pipelines, oil storage terminals, high-voltage power transmission line construction, steel mills, drilling, and underground storage tank installations. 

Brian is a certified Safety Professional from the US Board of Certified Safety Professional and holds a BSs in Industrial Technology from the University of Idaho, specializing in Occupational Safety, Health and Hazardous Waste Management.
