You qualify for the TRSDC Elite Graduate Program if you:
- Are a Saudi National.
- Graduated between 2017 and 2019.
- Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Education.
- Can present a graduate certification and academic record.
- Have 0-2 years of work experience.
- Are fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Can join the program on January 13th, 2020.
- Pass the necessary assessment and personal interviews.
Step 1: Application
- Applications will be accepted from 28 November to 3 December

Step 2: Eligibility and resumé review
- Our recruitment team will examine your resumé for eligibility and suitability for our roles. Upon acceptance, we will contact you prior to 31 December 2019 to take the next steps.
Step 3: Electronic Assessment
- Successful applicants will be invited to complete an Online Video Assessment to measure their behavioural competencies, skills and overall alignment with The Red Sea Development Company’s culture.
Step 4: Competency based interviews
- Top ranked candidates will be invited to participate in a final interview where they will present a pre-agreed topic in front of the Elite Graduate Program committee and take part in a final evaluation.
You will be a full time TRSDC employee, receiving a salary and benefits in line with all employees of the company. Your employment will be on a two-year trainee contract.
You can submit your application from the 28 November. The deadline for submissions is 3 December.
Upon successful completion of the Program, your contract with TRSDC will end. However, any candidates who have excelled in the program will be recruited into permanent roles where the requirements of the business are aligned.
Yes, recruits will be provided with a salary and benefits package commensurate with their role at TRSDC.
