Elite Graduate Program

The TRSDC Elite Graduate Program equips young Saudis with hands-on experience to prepare them for future jobs at The Red Sea Development Company. Participants will work alongside our multicultural team of experts, and benefit from on-the-job-training in the development of a sustainable luxury destination.

Our 2020 intake is closed now and we are proud to say that we received 16,000 applications for it. We will run this programme again so keep checking back on our page.

Real Work. Real Experience

The TRSDC Elite Graduate Program is part of our mission to create job opportunities to Saudi citizens. Candidates will pursue a comprehensive two-year training program, after which they will be hired by TRSDC to achieve their highest potential.

The program is designed around rotational assignments. Each trainee will work across multiple departments relevant to their field of specialization, with specific tasks and performance standards. As they successfully accomplish each milestone, our trainees will gain in-depth knowledge about our project and will be prepared for the next challenge.

These assignments will provide trainees with practical experience of different organizational areas, including areas outside their discipline. Trainees will receive designated mentoring, coaching, and shadowing programs, as well as classroom-based courses to complement their on-the-job-training.

Over two years, our trainees will receive the encouragement and empowerment they need to build a successful and sustainable career path. Upon completion of the program,  trainees will be assigned to those roles within TRSDC that represent the best organizational fit for them.

Jobs for the Future

The TRSDC Elite Graduate Program prepares trainees for long-term career paths. They will gain experience in several workstreams, including smart destination, environment and sustainability, project delivery, hospitality, governance and legal.

Trainees will join the program on 13th January, 2020, following a program schedule based on their chosen stream and their qualifications.

Throughout the program, trainees will receive 70% on the job training, 20% coaching and mentoring, and 10% in-class courses.

Upon completion of the program, trainees will sign contracts for the positions that best suit their skills and begin their career with TRSDC.
