Our People
We’ve assembled an extraordinary team at TRSDC. You will be working with people who are passionate about what they do and are experts in their fields.
Working at TRSDC means not only contributing to an organization – it is a contribution to the future of Saudi Arabia, the future of the tourism industry and a contribution to global regeneration.
Delivering on our ambitions is no mean feat – which is why we have selected experts and thought leaders from across the globe to lead us. These individuals are powering the sustainable approach that has been imbued into The Red Sea Project’s foundation from day one.
With our combined knowledge, breakthroughs are being made to tackle some of the world’s biggest challenges, such as climate change, biodiversity loss and land degradation. Tackling issues of this scale requires a team with a diverse range of expertise.
We are a company made up of over 1500 people, from 50 countries. We take great pride in the values we share: Respect, Responsibility, Passion, and Collaboration.
We go beyond sustainability to have a regenerative approach to our destination. At the core of this approach is our unwavering commitment to leave the environment in a better condition than we inherited it.
Tasked with developing the nation’s luxury tourism sector, our projects will bring opportunity to the people of Saudi Arabia and open an undiscovered destination for people around the world to experience.
We will be a significant creator of jobs, employing around 60,000 people directly and creating a further 60,000 indirect jobs, for Saudi nationals and for colleagues from around the world.
For our female colleagues, the Kingdom’s objective to increase women’s participation in the workforce from 22% to 30% by 2030, means that our project will play a crucial role in offering new and rewarding career opportunities.
There are more than 8,000 workers currently on-site at The Red Sea Project. Since day one, we have made how we treat our people a central principle defining who we are.
Our Construction and Coastal Villages feature residential buildings positioned to form neighborhoods around centralized leisure areas that are equipped with a range of recreational facilities including cricket pitches, volleyball and basketball courts, football pitches, plus a gym and cinema.
An emphasis on free, high-speed connectivity will enable people to keep in touch with their families and friends.
The Villages have their own dedicated medical facilities, including an emergency care center, a laboratory and a dispensing pharmacy. Medical services will be provided through a centralized operator and delivered by a full complement of doctors and nurses operating in line with international standards.
Being a responsible developer is not just a goal, but an uncompromising commitment that underpins everything we do..
By committing to raising these standards, we hope to make every worker’s onsite experience positive and, most importantly, safe – whether they are employed by us or one of our partners.
Simply put – it’s the right thing to do.
